I am a CRM consultant with more than 14 years of experience and a passion for CRM and more specifically the CRM on Demand (CRM SaaS) products available. Out of this passion this website was born to share and discuss topics surrounding web based CRM software and CRM in general.

I gained extensive CRM experience in various CRM project roles ranging from Technical and / or Functional consultant, CRM Test manager to leading a team of CRM business analysts and later as a CRM project manager on applications such as Siebel Enterprise, Oracle CRM on Demand, PeopleSoft CRM and Vantive CRM while working on large strategic IT projects in Australia, The Netherlands, Thailand, The United Kingdom and South Africa.

My substantial Siebel CRM, Siebel CRM OnDemand, Oracle CRM on Demand and PeopleSoft CRM consulting expertise was gained while working on strategic implementations at large international Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Utilities and government departments such as Vodafone, Merck Sharpe & Dohme, St George Bank, Country Energy, AON Risk Insurance, ABN AMRO Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Department of Human Services in Melbourne, Victoria and the Department of Community Services in Sydney, NSW.

I am also certified as both a Siebel Enterprise Consultant and Oracle / Siebel CRM OnDemand consultant.

Currently I am employed by Oracle in Sydney, Australia as a Principle Sales Consultant in the CRM on Demand team where I have the opportunity to live out my passion for CRM on a daily basis.
